Give Camp for Giving Tuesday
November 29th, the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, is the national fundraising holiday known as Giving Tuesday. This global event helps raise millions of dollars for non-profits all over the world.
Encounter’s fundraiser this year is seeking to raise $7500 to send 250 Zambian young people to summer camp with the African Encounter team.
Each year in December, the African Encounter Team hosts a “Summer” camp in Zambia where hundreds of young people are taught the Word of God while enjoying the many exciting aspects of camp.
This is one of the African Encounter Team’s most exciting evangelistic opportunity as they see many young people come to the know the Lord every camp season.
The funds raised will help the African Encounter Team operate their Summer camp program and provide each camper with meals, lodging, transportation, a t-shirt and a Bible. A $30 donation will cover the cost of camp for one camper.

The fundraiser will be open for one week, ending December 7th.
