Legacy Today

What one leaves behind when they are gone is of great significance and meaning.  It is wise to have qualified people to help one with the distribution of things upon one’s departure.  However, it is very true that we are leaving things behind each moment of the day as we enter and leave another’s world.  One leaves behind their:

• Words

• Responses

• Behavior

• Likes and dislikes

• Influences

• concerns and more

So, as we pass by others today it is wise to carefully consider what we are leaving behind.  It is true that we may not pass this way again, so it is very possible that we will not have another opportunity to leave something else.  It is the beleiver’s joy to leave behind the presence and power of Christ working in and through their life.

Prayer: Lord, help me to be alert to each opportunity You provide today, and may I leave a godly legacy for others.
