Matthew 5:13-16, James 1:22
The daily conduct of a believer should be a visible demonstration of the presence and power of God in their life. As we are reminded in II Corinthians 4:7, the change and new life that is made possible in the believer’s life should be evident to the world as a testimony of who Christ is and what He is doing in our life.
It would be well to examine our life and consider just what others are seeing and hearing from our daily living that reflects Christ. The living proof should be evident in the:
- Words we speak
- Our attitude and demeanor
- What we choose for our pleasures
- Our behavior
- Our conduct in general
The Apostle Paul reminds us in Philippians 1:27 that our lifestyle in general should reflect the presence of Christ and bring honor to His name. So are we a living proof of what God is doing and what He desires to do in our life each day?
